Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://thomassisterscleaningco.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Thomas Sisters Cleaning Co. reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Thomas Sisters Cleaning Co. markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Thomas Sisters Cleaning Co. (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Thomas Sisters Cleaning Co. may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Choice of Law. MO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
